    To apply for a loan with Oakam, you must be over the age of 18 and be a UK resident, and meet our lending criteria which is subject to a number of suitability and affordability checks.

    1. You are permitted to hold just one Oakam account. Instances where individuals use alternative information or alias’ to simulate being a new user will be treated as an attempt at fraud. Oakam do reserve the right to report such instances to Fraud Prevention Agencies. Further details of how we share your data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
    2. You must promptly inform us of any changes to the information you have provided to us or if you become aware of any errors regarding your account with us.
