Applying for a loan online? Read our handy guide below to take you through the process!
Start by filling out your contact information. We’ll also carry out a quick credit check. Depending on how long you’ve lived at your address you may be asked to provide your previous addresses, so please have these at hand.
Providing details about your previous address is a normal part of the loan application process. It’s used to help us match the details you’ve provided us with to your historical records.
If you’re an existing customer, you’ll need to let us know so we can prioritise your loan application. When you start filling out the form, we’ll ask if you’ve ever had a loan with us before. Select the ‘yes’ option and we’ll contact you shortly afterwards.
We’ll need you to fill out your income information; this includes your salary, benefit or pensions. You can choose to enter your income by selecting the monthly, weekly, 2-weekly or 4-weekly option.
Remember, that to qualify for a loan, you’ll need to have a minimum income of £400.
We’ll need to understand your spending habits so we can work out an appropriate loan amount. When filling out your expenses, please provide all relevant information as fully as you can. We’ll go over your information with you on the phone afterwards, but it will save time if you have mentioned as many of your expenses on the form.
Are you currently making loan repayments? If yes, you don’t have to add this to expenses. Only repayments for loans taken out in the past month will need to be included.
We need your bank details to perform some checks that will help us identify you and protect us against fraud. We also need this so we know where to send the funds.
Someone in our team will give you a call and ask for some documents, some final checks may also be made before we can make a decision on how much to lend you.
We transfer money every 2 hours starting from 09:30 up until 18:30 on weekdays and from 10:30 to 17:00 on Saturdays.
