Making a loan application

You can apply for a loan with us:

We will always conduct some initial checks to understand whether we can start the application process to lend to you as well as carry out the following:

  1. Identity check
  2. Credit check
  3. Affordability check using details of income & expenditure 

If you are a current customer who is re-applying, we will also take into consideration your repayment behaviour on your current loan.

Applications approved and completed before 4pm will be transferred into your bank account the same day. If it is after 5pm, it will be disbursed at 10am the next working day.

Apply for a loan online

To apply for a loan online you will need to complete the following steps:

  1. Fill out some information about yourself (i.e. contact details, bank information,  income & expenditure).
  2. Successfully complete a credit check online.  
  3. Speak to an advisor who will call you to help you complete your loan application.
  4. If approved you will need to agree to our loan terms in order to receive the funds.  

Further possible outcomes:  

  • In some cases, you may need to speak to an advisor who will call you to help you complete your loan application.
  • If approved you will need to agree to our loan terms in order to receive the funds.  

When you will receive your money: 

  • We can transfer money every 2 hours starting from 09:30 up til  18:30 on weekdays and from 10:30 up until 17:00 on Saturdays

Apply for a loan over the phone

To apply over the phone all you need to do is:

  1. Call 020 8819 3767
  2. Pick a time & date, and even a language, that suits you to speak to an advisor to finalise your application and receive your loan decision
  3. If your application is successful you will need to agree to our loan terms before your money is transferred

Apply for a loan in your local store

If you prefer to speak to one of our advisors face-to-face you can apply in one of our stores by:

  1. Find your local loan store
  2. Walk straight in to the store (no appointment needed) to talk to one of our advisors to complete your application. Please ensure you bring:
    • a) Proof of ID
    • b) Proof of address
    • c) Proof of income £400+ (Salary & Benefits)
    • d) A valid visa debit card number
  3. If we decide to approve your loan application you will need to sign our loan terms before you can receive the money, either transferred into your account or in cash

All loan decisions are made by one of our trained staff who will assess your individual situation. This is the reason we want to speak to you so that we can listen and understand your financial history and your current needs, your credit score is only one small part of the process. Our staff will always aim to accept if we believe that our product is affordable and right for you.

Once your loan has been approved you can download and register for our app to help manage your loan repayment.
