I started working at Oakam when I was 17, I was doing leafleting for the Barking store a few days per week while I was studying. After I finished my studies I applied for a CRM position and got a job at the Romford store. I was soon promoted to General Manager for the East Ham store. The only thing I can say is that Oakam is the place where I grew as a strong person and gained so much experience. From a young shy girl, I became a store manager!

I manage the Learning and Development of our people. My background is in Retail and I started life with Oakam 10 years ago, opening and managing the first wave of Oakam stores between 2007-2010.
