April saw the very first Oakam roadshow at the New Wine Church in
Woolwich. This lively place of worship had invited a number of
contributors to attend a terrific fun day out for the whole family, and we at Oakam were more than happy to come along to join all the wonderful festivities.
As the event was taking place on a Saturday we were hoping for a large
turnout. But we were amazed at just how many of you came to find out more
about Oakam and our range of financial products. So it’s a big thank you to
the local Afro Caribbean community for turning out in such large numbers.
Once again our Quick Quote loan service proved to be a big hit with everyone.
And interest in all our products was extremely high.
In fact so high was the demand for Oakam’s help and advice on all sorts of
money matters that we have been invited back to hold an informal day-long
Money Workshop sometime over the next couple of months. Everyone’s
invited! So make sure you look out for an announcement of the date, which
will be coming soon.
